Now open in Gaithersburg on Lost Knife Road is B2J Fish Soup, a Chinese restaurant with a focus on freshness and quality.

B2J Fish Soup is owned by a corporation named Bu Er Jia, and has several locations established throughout Washington, Texas, and New Jersey. This will be their first location in Maryland. They are known for their specialty soup, which comes in a variety of many different flavors and add-ons.

CapStar’s agent Fei Wang stated, “The fish are from a lake in Iowa where the water temperature always keeps in a warm range, so the quality of the fish material is very fresh.” Since it's soft opening in late February of 2023, the restaurant has great reviews of having a similar taste from China and for their delicious fish fillet.
