A new culinary gem is coming to Reston, Virginia! Renovations are underway for Yunnan By Potomac Noodle House, a 4,359 SF Asian-fusion restaurant. Among the new high end mixed use urban development expansions of Reston Town Center, the restaurant includes a patio addition. This adds indoor, outdoor, and spacious large group dining options for the 1.9M SF of offices, including 1500 residences, and 267 hotel rooms nearby.
Yunnan By Potomac Noodle House offers a contemporary take on the Yunnan cuisine and diverse flavors of southwest China. The deluxe menu showcases the signature Mixian noodle, accompanied by an array of complementary small plates, barbecue, hand-crafted dumplings, and a variety of other regional dishes.
Capstar's broker, James Lin, supported Yunnan By Potomac Noodle House in securing its first location in Crystal City and its recent expansion to this second location. CapStar worked to negotiate favorable terms for the restaurant’s continued growth, helping “the tenant to negotiate a sweetheart deal from the landlord...[to include] a significant amount of tenant improvement allowance to help towards their high end build out,” states Lin.
