Settling down after a successful November 2024 opening is the Asian All U Can Eat restaurant, Running Dish in Sterling, Virginia. The 10,180 SF space was acquired in warm shell condition, allowing for a faster opening date.
Running Dish is a buffet-style restaurant focusing on Asian barbeque, Hot-Pot, and sushi dishes, including California rolls, sashimi, a variety of beverages and sushi rolls. “Chinese hot pot is a popular dining experience characterized by a communal pot of simmering broth placed at the center of the table. Diners select from a diverse array of thinly sliced meats, fresh seafood, leafy vegetables, and other ingredients, which they cook in the bubbling broth to their preferred level of doneness. This interactive and social meal is often enjoyed with dipping sauces and accompaniments, creating a customizable and flavorful feast for everyone at the table,” explains the Running Dish website.
Fei Wang assisted in the Tenant Representation of the Running Dish restaurant, “The client already has several existing Sushi All You Can Eat restaurant locations in MD and PA.”
