Open as of March 15, 2025, CapStar is excited to announce the official opening of Royal Buffet & Grill at Chartley Park Shopping Center on 102 Chartley Dr in Reisterstown, MD. The new tenant has taken over the 8,350 SF second-generation restaurant space, formerly occupied by Bill Bateman’s Bistro. Royal Buffet & Grill brings an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet with a wide selection of meats, seafood, and bubble tea.
CapStar’s Fei Wang recognized the strong potential of this location, citing ample parking and steady foot traffic driven by an established tenant mix, including Brick Bodies Fitness Center and the Maryland State Department of Human Resources.
