Taichi Bubble Tea is now leased at Festival at Bel Air, located at 47100-138 Bel Air S Pkwy, Bel Air, MD as of January 2025! The 2,267 sf franchise, known for its Taiwanese tea, sushi, and ramen, continues its expansion across North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia.
CapStar’s Fei Wang played a key role in securing this prime location, recognizing the potential customer demand and the advantage of minimal competition in the area. Negotiations were beneficial for the tenant and landlord. Wang presented the tenant’s strong financials and business model in a way that built landlord confidence. Additionally for the tenant, "the space was in warm shell condition and we negotiated an impressive improvement allowance", added Fei.
