A new ramen noodle and barbecue restaurant is set to open in the upcoming Arrowbrook Centre development in Herndon, Virginia. This 4,913 SF establishment will feature an outdoor dining area and is scheduled to have their soft opening in early March 2025.
The strategic location offers significant opportunities for the tenant, situated adjacent to the new Arrowbrook Centre development and just an 8-minute drive from Dulles International Airport.
“We have experienced long term negotiations since May 2023, though some factors caused the process to be very slow, but we never gave it up.” stated Fei Wang and Wenli Yin, the representatives for this brokerage deal. The location brings "huge potential" for the tenant, situated adjacent to the new Arrowbrook Centre development and just an 8-minute drive from Dulles International Airport. Specializing in Asian cuisine, the restaurant aims to provide a unique dining experience for patrons in the Herndon vicinity.
