Review of our recently leased properties from local, nation-wide, and international brands, they are currently located across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV).
The local food hall
The Block Food Hall has officially opened a space in all of the DMV states with the Rockville location having been open with 8,500 sq ft of space in December of 2019. The Block of Rockville includes a modern bar, outdoor seating, and holds 250 to 300 seats.
The nation-wide grocery store
99 Ranch first opened in California and continues to expand on the east coast including the Fairfax location, as of late August this year. The space of 53,772 sq ft includes a small food court of asian foods as well as a bakery for shoppers to dine while
The international South Korean fried chicken chain
Choongman Chicken has opened a number of stores on the east coast and continues to expand its brand across the states. The Rockville location just opened the 1,526 sq ft space in November.
