Job Title: Real Estate Financial Analyst

Job Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Salary: $77K per year

Job Duties: Provide real estate development, finance and investment analysis and management for commercial real estate investors.

Listed below are the detailed job duties and responsibilities:

Perform financial support, industry analysis, cash flow, and dynamic modeling through the land used, building valuation, refinance; Collect operational data and forecast changes in revenue and expenditure; Generate and update financial pro forma with reliable conclusions regarding operational strategies; Work closely with management to make critical decisions about funding, expense management, space use optimization, tenant vacation and business agreement negotiation; Identify financial status by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; Perform market and submarket research on tracking demographic and economic data; Conduct investment recommendation report based on output from financial model and market research; Review, analyze property level financial statements including operating statement, balance sheet, rent roll, leases and loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance; Review and analyze prospective real estate investments suitable for 1031 exchange, including project feasibility, deal structure and final returns, prepare clear documentation and spreadsheets that support and explain the basis of the analyses for use in presentations, proposals and/or reports.

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate related field.
