As the newest department under CapStar Commercial Realty, our mission is to assist business and property owners from small retail store to the entire office building to achieve the energy efficiency and savings for generations to come. CapStar is partnering with PEPCO and Lockheed Martin in Maryland region to arrange funding for business and property owners for any retrofit projects up to 88% of the labor and material costs.
